It was just a prime choice for a city trip in Manchester with good value. The toilet brush situation was quite ridiculous, which made for an interesting experience. Make sure to check everything in the room before settling in.

Cozy stay after the concert
Had a nice stay with my wife after a concert. The room was super spacious and comfy, with a good bathroom and free coffee supplies. The blackout curtains were a lifesaver for street noise. Only bummer was the mismatched mattress. took a bit to get used to it. Service in the restaurant was slow though.

The family room was spacious with a comfortable double bed and a cozy fold-out sofa for the kids. The free Wi-Fi, TV, and tea-making facilities made our stay enjoyable. Plus, the staff were super friendly and efficient, even accommodating us for a late dinner.
In my wife's opinion, the lack of a lift made it challenging with the kids’ luggage.

The room was pleasant with comfortable bedding, however, the shower could use modernization and the TV placement was awkward. Service was friendly but overwhelmed during peak times, leading to delayed billing. Breakfast at the on-site restaurant was delightful, making the stay worthwhile overall.

The Double Room, Disability Access boasts ample space, featuring a comfortable bed that made it ideal for resting after long days. The bathroom offers modern fixtures, which is a nice touch for travelers seeking convenience and style.
Unfortunately, the location of the room faced significant noise disruptions. Restaurant patrons late at night were audible and a gardener's work at 3:30 am didn't help matters either. the lingering smell of burnt oil and fat from the kitchen was quite unpleasant, permeating even into the room, which made it less inviting regardless of having the window open. The accessibility, while a positive feature, meant enduring a poor location within the hotel that could detract from the experience.
